2008 CAMP SCHEDULE AND FEES
2008 WALKING G RANCH CAMP SCHEDULE
1st Session ~ 3 weeks ~ June 15th - July 6th
Our 1st session is a 3 week session that overlaps with the 2nd session. We take approximately half the enrollment in the first week and the balance of the campers join us in the 2nd week.
2nd Session ~ 2 weeks ~ July 22nd - July 6th
3rd Session ~ 2 weeks ~ July 6th - July 20th
4th Session ~ 2 weeks ~ July 20th - August 3rd
5th Session ~ 2 weeks ~ August 3rd - August 17th
We only take a small select group of campers each session to
provide individual attention and maintain a family atmosphere.
All sessions begin and end on Sundays.
All camp activities are available during each session.
WALKING G RANCH CAMP FEES
Session fees are due two weeks before your child's arrival date.
Transportation and spending money should be included with your check.
Session fees do not include the registration fee.
3 Week Session Fee ~ $2,250-
2 Week Session Fee ~ $1,500-
Registration Fee ~ $250- (Due with Application)
The registration Fees is a one time fee per summer; the camper may stay for an additional session(s) or return for a later session(s).
TRANSPORTATION
One way and/or round trip transportation to and from the Sacramento International Airport
is available to each camper for an additional fee.
Pick up from Sacramento Airport ~ $25-
Drop of to Sacramento Airport ~ $25-
Round trip of pick up and drop off ~ $50-
SPENDING MONEY
We often go to county fairs, weekly walk to Genesee for a treat, and local rodeos.
Please include $20.00 per week for spending money for each week the camper attends.
CANCELLATION
The registration fee covers any enrollment cost and is nonrefundable
unless we are unable to place your child in the session requested.
Session fees will not be refunded in absences or dismissals from camp, except in the case of illness. In the case of cancellation due to illness (of all or part time of enrollment) 50% of the remaining fee will be refunded to the parents.
